We have released a hotfix for BRT which fixes the following issues:

Changed the "System > Controls > Vertical Sensitivity" control to fit more closely with other Battle Royale games.
Fixed an issue with the recoil system not taking this control into account.
If you have your Vertical Sensitivity set to something other than the default in other BR games, you may need to open the "System > Controls" menu and change your Vertical Sensitivity to match to avoid problems with recoil.

Please restart your Steam Client to auto-apply this update.
