Spooooky Halloween update

Greetings Ghosts and Ghouls,

I have temporarily transformed this game into a spooky haunted house adventure full of skeletons, ghosts and creeepy crawly spiders that are sure to spook you silly.

I have also made a few more not so spoooky updates such as

Physics improvements
Adjusted the difficulty for many levels
and other bug fixes.
