Including Changes from 1.02 Testing Branch:

Game over and quitting does not unlock achievements anymore.
Added a delay to objects spawning at start of song.
Added a 1 minute minimum song length for achievements.
Video and settings menu should now close when pressing "B" button on controller.
Added more checks for the 100% Achievement unlock. (After Supernova Unlock)
Song name doesn't disappear after playing a song.
Added some more info to explain wormhole length setting. It doesn’t cut wormholes shorter.
Demo achievement unlocks after playing a demo song.
