Some of our users were having issues with Nvidia graphic cards crashing the app because of OpenGL issues. I decided to drop OpenGL and switch to DirectX. It was a lot of work but I completely removed it and now the app runs with DirectX for maximum compatibility. It also uses the latest Visual C++ Redist 2017 for compatibility with other software.
