Users in China can now install and launch CS:GO before purchasing a multiplayer license.
CS:GO will launch in “Perfect World” mode by default for all users in China which, when the player has linked their Perfect World and CS:GO accounts, provides them with access to low-latency official game servers in China and ability to play with friends using the Perfect World CS:GO Launcher.
“-worldwide” command line option will allow users in China to launch the worldwide version of the game to play on game servers outside of China.
“-perfectworld” command line option will allow users outside of China to launch the “Perfect World” version of the game.
Fixed a regression affecting operation of Windows community dedicated servers and community GOTV relays.
