Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Been watching people play on YouTube / Twitch, and tweaked a few levels as a result.

What's new:

- Level 004 Level Tweak (people kept bumping head on ceiling in sticky spots)
- Level 005 Level & Art Tweak (less head bumping, new colors / designs)
