Increased starting point for the upgrade system.

Increased starting points for the new upgrade system from 500 to 1500 as the old value seems a bit low.

Please keep in mind that the total cost of all upgrades is a bit over 3000, and there are still several levels yet to be released. Each mid-level boss drops 50 upgrade coins, and each final boss drops 100 coins. This applies to already unlocked levels as well.
