Vsync option added to the settings panel

Made it so you can toggle a spawner with right click when it is selected. Some people were struggling with placing the pin and toggling spawners.

Bug fixes

Fixed a bug where ‘More Builders’ evo was instead increasing the bonus of swarmer spawns.

Fixed a bug where buildings would show their attack range if you got range upgrades, even if they couldn’t attack.
