Changes:

• added main menu parallax setting

• added high quality pen setting

• added pixelate menu screen setting

• settings should properly save now, first it was only the keybinds that saved, now everything saves whenever changed

Bugfixes:

• achievements loading properly, it was a bit messy at first, now there's a proper "step 1 script, step 2, step 3 script" which should always work.

• walljumping on the barriers isn't doable anymore
