QoL update 2

• Tooltip help in loading scene

  In loading scene, game tips are presented to remind and offer information of the game

• Additional boundary image in play board for better visibility

  When controlling the camera in a zoomed-in state, a more visible boundary image appears

• Add UI navigating system

  You can navigate UI using arrow keys

• Adjust UI size for wide monitor

• Fix minor bugs
