Fixed crashes caused by the recent SteamVR update. The app should now run smoothly again with the latest version of SteamVR.

You may need to uninstall, reinstall the app and rea-enable the driver in SteamVR -> Settings -> Startup / Shut Down -> Manage Add Ons
