Learned some things while working on my next game. Decided I'd apply some of them to this one to make it feel better to play. That means a steady 60fps without those hiccups when transitioning between different regions and sub-regions.

Also, fixed a couple bugs.

• When righting yourself, you no longer sometimes rotate the long way around. Also the animation is a bit faster
  
• When righting yourself with wheels deployed, they don't get all jank-asaurus-rex and drag you to strange places anymore.
