The version 1.2.08 patch notes:

The Tåtar (officially Tatar) localization was completely remade by real humans;
Old mouse icon is back;
Fixed some mistakes in the English (the USA) localization;
Fixed some mistakes in the Nёw Englīš localization;
Fixed some mistakes in the Russian localization;
Replaced the old font with a new one.
