Fixes:

• Fixed a issue where some aircraft models within a squadron would not display after repeated takeoffs.

• Fixed a issue where, in some cases, a multiplayer game would be unable to perform any actions after the countdown ended.

• Adjusted the ability to access the ESC menu during the game start countdown.

• Fixed a issue where, in multiplayer games, a player could be instantly killed by "NaN" damage.
