Pushed the changes from the pre release build to the main build.

• Fix for crash on start if your windows username has special chars
  
• Fix for indestructable tree bug
  
• Fix tooltip for tier 1 ponderers
  
• Crop Collector sorting so they draw properly in front of each other
  
• Fix for some blessing icons overlapping
  
• Smoothed out Marketing costs over the tiers
