Group standings now smoothly ease in as you scroll to a group.

Bulk simulation speed during group stages has been improved.

American Soccer Convention bug fix

Fixed a few qualification issues with the American Soccer Convention. It should now be able to proceed into the second year. It only works after you overwrite it from the downloadable section.
