Balancing

during level up, dodge probability (DDG) will not be picked if it is already maximal (0.95).

Bug

fixed issue with achievements Dodging Taxes, Full House, Jimmy & Iauschi's Adventure, which did not trigger properly when adversary turn speed was not set to skip.
fixed issue preventing users from entering new game plus saves of Milo no Senki 1.
