The shift-up alert sound can be set ON/OFF on the OPTION screen.

Fixed

Fixed an issue the names added in the 0.13.0 update would disappear when the license plate was switched to the BACKLIT/BUSINESS USE.
Fixed an issue where the UI during races would not display correctly in some environments.
