Removed a Second Gallery Check when in Init

I was working on consolidating multiple json into one for Gallery when I noticed that Gallery value check were being check twice. I have removed the second check, which reduces the time to init.
Some depots below may not display changed files because our bot does not own the specific depot or game.
Game can be donated with a key, by sending a gift, or using curator system.
