This patch adds sloped platforms, fixes a loading crash, makes legendary items better, rebalances a bunch of things, and fixes many other minor issues.

fixed dying fom lack of oxygen not showing damage numbers
now when monsters drop specific loot (like skins & gems) the level range is tighter to their own level (1-7/instead of 3-15)
now cloth plant/fibers have chance to spawn 3 per plant instead of 2
increased Targ Weight from 1.5 to 1.75
fixed most two handed maces not unlocking in collection correctly
now monsters won't turn off lights until level 10
now only show you NPC chat icon if the NPC wants to say something to your specific player (only matters in multiplayer)
