Main Game fixes

+ Fixed Rebinding to work again

+ Added a button to reset your keybinds to the defaults

+ Added resolution, aspect ratio and window type options

Editor Fixes

+ Added the ability to scroll in the map editor by dragging the top progress bar

+ The Difficulty is now loaded when opening the editor

+ Fixed a bug that wiped out the timeline when changing certain options in the editor

+ Notes can no longer be placed under anything in the editor

Ps: The version has a .1 because some fool completely broke the map editor and forgot to test it, then uploaded that as the launch version (It was me)
