Fix update

- Adjusted fluid addition/taking rates
- Logs should now burn properly again
- Fixed crash when npc killed
- Fixed moped turbo sound playing after throttle released
- Fixed Jari not going welding when given sheets when he's going inside
- Fixed boots clipping issues
- Fixed cottage well bindings staying active after doing certain actions
