After a short break, I’m back on the game for the final stretch. The game will be released in its final version at the end of August, and a new season will be launched two weeks later.
The upcoming updates will mainly focus on improving the gameplay experience, visuals, animations, and sounds of certain skills.
Below the 0.6 patch update.
Improvements
A new interface has been implemented to manage gems more easily.
A filtering system based on item level (or price) has been added for armor and weapon equipment.
Added an option to automatically learn skills when they appear in the inventory.
Added options to automatically sell already learned skills and non-learnable skills in the auto-sell interface.
Added an icon to indicate when the game is auto-saving.
Map completion events like killing the dummy or collecting stones now have a maximum timer of 30 seconds. When the timer hits 0, the reward is granted, avoiding having to spend 3 minutes killing a dummy for a small reward.
Balancing
The number of chests in the 4 outdoor starting areas has been doubled, from 5 to 10.
4-piece Strategic Master set bonus: replaced "+1 max trap stack" with "+20% trap damage".
Starting skills (Slash, Rapid Shot, Magic Projectile) now grant +50% movement speed instead of +20%.
Honor points have been removed. Everything can now be purchased with gold. The Challenge Tower now gives 10 times more gold than the honor it used to provide.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug with "+X max traps" that made the game unplayable on load.
It is now possible to buy or find more than 500 items in a zone without causing bugs.
Fixed a bug that caused massive item duplication and created far more items than expected, making the game too easy.
Fixed a zone that would crash the game with an error message. The 3D models have been changed to prevent this (northeast of Granock Citadel).
