You can now change the player's sex via the barber

Some vehicle textures have been changed to show mud instead of blood by default

Changes to rendering settings for zombies (Hopefully to finally fix issue of T-posing)
Reduced price of gunpowder and increased amount required in crafting
Fixed issue where changing skin color with barber would not apply to body parts under clothing until restart
Fixed acidic zombie not exploding if killed using a melee weapon
Fixed collision on some objects in the laboratories that was stopping interaction with certain objects
Fixed backend issue with spawning when specific spawn points are set and the randomised spawn amount is higher than count of spawn points
Fixed random infestations all spawning before you had destroyed the primary ones
Fixed destroyed primary infestation spawning with its armor still covering it
Fixed issue with new laboratory that could cause AI not to spawn there
Fixed an issue causing zombie models to not have a random variation of its texture
Fixed door in new laboratory that wouldn't allow opening of it from behind (Say after reloading a save/game when locked inside)
Fixed an issue that would cause AI to not be able to damage the player in specific locations
Just a smaller patch today but I hope everyone enjoys it and looks forward to the recreated bunkers, etc (Keep an eye on discord as I'll stuff there)
