New Features:
-New weapons.
-Individual NPCs can now use the new barter system.
-Barter system now has little arrows on item cards that denote the trader's preference.
-NPCs will now actively seek shelter during severe weather.
-You can now spend cash to pay off portions of your debt with the Broker.
Changes:
-Gave NFTA snipers bolt-action sniper with red laser in place of CSR.
-Put CSR in rare loot pool,
-Re-balanced prices of .338 sniper rifles.
-Re-balanced loner stalker weapon pool.
-Wrenches are less common in the loot pool.
-NPCs will have limited combat LOS range in low visibility conditions and will no longer fire at targets that should be impossible to see. (Unless they have night vision)
-Reduced fog density during lightning storms.
-Changed "Fan the Flames" quest to keep track of destroyed fuel tanks between level loads.
-Made NPCs less likely to run through glass web anomalies.
-Updated Insurrection Irregular models, making them more distinct as paramilitary forces.

-Made barter shop trades at Borough more generous and offer more food.
-NPCs now have to take account of visibility conditions when re-acquiring a target.
-NFTA snipers no longer have the Active Tracking skill.
-Random NPCs will now no longer spawn with Spratt's shotgun.
-Replace Blue chest in Perdition with Red chest.
-Changed Revolution's radio reinforcements from normal fire team to Haz-Op team so that they are more consistently effective and won't immediately die to map hazards.
-Added more cover at entrance or Refinery.
-You can now trade with Insurrection guards at the sawmill and dead end base if you have good rep with this faction.
-Changed starting location on Skeleton Coast to be less obnoxious on new runs.
-Made more of Mamma Roach's missions give more valuable items as rewards.
-Put a keypad lock on the door to TUNNEL 225 so that new players are less likely to wander in there while exploring other leads.
-Gave HandyMan a new charge up effect to their grab attack.
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed camera offset in item inspection screen.
-Addressed possible cause of infinitely respawning artifact.
-Hid tiny cube found on binoculars and Familiar Totem.
-Fixed glitch where Regression matrix couldn't teleport player off of a ladder.
-Fixed bug where NPCs could steal medical items from med bag.
-Fixed bug where NPCs could steal items from inspect screens.
-Fixed misc issues with inventory system.
-Fixed Healthy Appetite not giving instant health at camp fires.
-Fixed issue where NPCs could not see player through chain link gate.
-NPCs will now be deterred from standing in radiation sources until they die.

-Fixed issue where you could not call for reinforcements with the radio in Refinery.
-Fixed Pride Flag patch texture.
-Addressed a potential issue with props being set on fire causing poor performance.
-Temporarily removed Melee enemy zig-zag behavior as it was the root cause of a major performance issue.
-Fixed issues with insurrection trader and bounty board at Saw Mill.
-Fixed visual bug when changing patch in inventory.
-You can no longer trade with enemy stalkers by sneaking up on them.
-Fixed wonky ladder on ship-wreck in Skeleton Coast.
-Selecting a Faction Base start on a random rep character will now spawn you at the Lone Wolf bar rather than a random over-world map.
-Fixed a few areas where NPCs can get stuck on scenery.
-Safe zones with no NPCs will no longer give you warnings about wearing a disguise.
Known Issues:
-Shadow entities are not visible on low shadow quality settings.
-We are looking into adding a feature to allow you to offer cash as part of a barter deal.
