Added idle animations for Scorpion Queen.

Added duplicate synergy for Dancer Garments: walking in a square pattern will now create an additional delayed burst of notes for every extra Dancer Garments you have.

Scurry can now start with Revolver if another starting item gives him an alternative way of damaging enemies (e.g. minions). Previously it was impossible to start with Revolver to prevent softlocks.
