Loom Coil Changes

Removed Double Charge (Repair)
Crisis Repair: Damage reduction reduced from 85% to 60%. Now dispels at the end of its effect.

Nivo: Preloaded Loom Coil changed from Double Charge to Crisis Repair

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where Corruption was applied twice to sources of Shield
