Here are some minor fixes for the game!

Patches

• Fixed the fourth weapon bind not working properly.

• Fixed some collision behaviors with characters capsules.

• Fixed a dialogue with a missing line.

• The lightning rods didn't redirect bullets toward some mobs (Belial).
