Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Improved performance
-Added the function "Tunneling"

-Increased the rewardfor murder from "45" to "90"
-Added flamethrower

-Added background music in battle (Thanks to Djinotan)
-Fixed translation in some places

Now we are working on the following:

PvE mode (Survival)
Optimizing the game
Map improvement (Sector)
