Greetings!

In this update, we have introduced a random affix gameplay for Season 5 [Arcane Talisman], as well as the Talisman Affix carry-in/carry-out function in Season level 35.

We've also made gameplay adjustments to Hero [Xing Zhe] and Weapons [Bone Dragon] and [Flowing Light]. Additionally, the season selection entry now allows [Lyn] and [Momo] in Season 1 and 2.

The Summer Sale is ongoing! From June 26th 10:00 to July 10th 10:00 (UTC-7), Gunfire Reborn and its DLCs are available at a limited-time discount. Thank you for your attention and support—enjoy the game!

Season

Season Gameplay

When the Season Level reaches 35, you will unlock the Talisman Affix gameplay and the Talisman Affix carry-in/out function.

The Affixes will be unlocked when the Talisman upgrades to Legendary quality. You can reforge Talisman's Affixes at the Talisman Merchant. After runs, you can select a Talisman with Affixes to take out and use it in the next run.



Season Selection

You can now select [Lyn] and [Momo] to play the contents of Season [Arcane Ascensions] and [Destiny Mechanism]



Hero

[Xing Zhe] Adjustments

We've adjusted the gameplay of [Xing Zhe], including Skills, Talents, Ascensions, and Spiritual Blessings



Skill

[Essence Chain]

Old Effect:

Draw out Soul Essence from your bracelet, dealing 500 normal DMG to up to 4 enemies in front, and extracting their souls to enhance your weapon. +2 temporary Weapon Levels for the next 6s

New Effect:

Draw out Soul Essence from your bracelet, dealing 500 normal DMG to up to 4 enemies in front, and extracting their souls to enhance your weapon. Gain 1 stack of [Qi] for each enemy affected by Essence Chain, up to 6 stacks



Qi: Each stack of [Qi] grants Weapon +1 Temporary Level. Each shot or [Cudgel] consumes 1 stack



Talent

[Enhanced Artifact]

Old Effect:

+200 Essence Chain DMG

New Effect:

+200 Essence Chain DMG, +50% Soul Strike DMG



[Proficient Trick]

Old Effect:

+50% Soul Strike DMG

New Effect:

When [Essence Chain] hits the same enemy, obtain 1 extra [Qi] stack, up to 2 stacks



Ascension

[Converged Flows]

Old Effect:

Upon killing enemies or dealing DMG with Essence Chain, the next 5 shots consume no ammo

New Effect:

+1 additional Weapon Level per 2 [Qi] stacks



[Ancient Etching]

Old Effect:

A Normal/Rare/Legendary Inscription is added to your weapon, which takes effect when the weapon is enhanced by Essence Chain

New Effect:

Weapon obtains 1 extra Normal/Rare/Legendary Inscription, active only with [Qi] stacks



[Concentrated Essence]

Old Effect:

+3/6/9 temporary Weapon Levels, +2/4/6s duration of Essence Chain. Level 3 Effect: For every enemy affected by Essence Chain, +1 additional temporary Weapon Level

New Effect:

15%/30%/30% chance to gain 2/2/3x stacks when gaining [Qi]. Level 3 Effect: Obtain 1 [Qi] stack when participating in defeating an enemy



[Shifting Stars]

Old Effect:

+25%/50%/75% Lucky Shot chance for the next shot every 3/3/2s. Refresh the cooldown upon defeating an enemy

New Effect:

+3/6/9 [Qi] capacity. Level 3 Effect: +1 [Qi] capacity additionally per 2 Ascension Level



[Aura Protection]

Old Effect:

Increases Max Shield and DMG Resistance after defeating an enemy, up to 5 stacks. Lose stacks when your Shield breaks

New Effect:

Increases Max Shield and DMG Resistance after participating in defeating an enemy, up to 5 stacks. Lose stacks when your Shield breaks



Spiritual Blessing

[Weapon Mastery]->[Primordial Unity](Xing Zhe)

Old Effect:

+200% total bonus from Assaulter, Generalist and Breacher talents. Both weapons equipped share their bonuses

New Effect:

[Qi] capacity doubled. +5% Lucky Shot Chance per Weapon level. At max [Qi]: Shot Costs 1/6 [Qi] stacks, and this shot's Lucky Shot bonus from this Spiritual Blessing is multiplied by N (N equals extra stacks consumed)



[Essence Drainer]

Original effect:

+1 extra temporary Weapon Level for every enemy affected by it. For every Weapon Level of the current weapon, +40% Essence Chain DMG

New effect:

-30% Essence Chain cast time. +40% Essence Chain DMG per weapon level

Up to 3 charge stages, each stage thrusts forward 5 times

Thrust range: 7m→16m

Charge time: 0.9s→0.7/1.1/1.5s (varies by stage)

[Bone Dragon] Adjustments

  • Base Weapon Stats Adjustments

Base DMG: 680→250

  • Weapon Mechanics Adjustment

Shoots a gravity orb that pulls in nearby enemies and triggers multiple explosions on hit

  • Gravity Orb Effect Adjustment

Old Effect:

Continuously pulls in nearby enemies for 1s, then explodes

New Effect:

Continuously pulls in nearby enemies for 2s, with stronger pull, and explodes every 0.5s

  • Exclusive Inscription Adjustments

Old Exclusive Inscription Effect:

Increased pull strength; enemies pulled to the center of the gravity orb take 100% increased final DMG

New Exclusive Inscription Effect:

Enemies pulled to the center of the gravity orb take 100% increased final DMG

New Exclusive Inscription Added:

Every 3 hits trigger 1 additional enhanced explosion with +100% DMG and +4m AoE
