- New screen filter options:

- Scanline setting now has 2 options: hard (the old setting), and subtle. Subtle scales better at higher resolutions (e.g. at fullscreen).

- Smoothing setting now has 2 options: smooth (the old setting), and sharp.

- The fullscreen border can now be toggled on or off.

- Bug fixes for custom dungeons:

- Fixed a crash that occurred when trying to access an object which had the number of nodes maxed out at 64.

- Fixed an inconsistent behaviour of directional teleports when accessing them through a door.

- It's no longer possible to remove the only living party member if everyone else in the party is dead, resulting in a crash during battle.
