Cold Bed on Route has been updated to v3.12.

Here are the details:

New Features

  • Windowed Mode Added. You can now switch between fullscreen and windowed mode. This option is the third item from the top on the right side of the start screen. Each press toggles the display mode, and selecting “Restart” from the displayed panel will restart the game and apply the new screen size.

Balance & Gameplay Changes

  • When playing as a character other than the "Girl" in the side story, the stamp attack (a red circle appears and you dash into enemies again) will no longer be triggered after a dash attack. The tutorial text has also been updated accordingly.

UI Tweaks & Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where players could perform a dash attack on enemies that had already been defeated and were falling in the side story mode.

  • Disabled VSync to prevent graphical issues (such as abnormal drawing speed) reported by players using high refresh rate monitors.

About the VSync Change:

Some users with high refresh rate monitors reported abnormal rendering behavior (possibly due to the game running too fast). To address this, we’ve turned off VSync.

However, we currently do not have access to a high refresh rate monitor for testing, so this fix is based on our best assumptions.

If the issue still persists, we’re very sorry — please report it again so we can investigate further.

About the New Windowed Mode:

We've also implemented windowed mode support in this update.

Please note: changing the screen mode does not take effect immediately upon button press.

After selecting the windowed/fullscreen toggle, you'll need to click “Restart” on the displayed panel to apply the change and restart the game.

A Small Note from the Developer:

It took a while to implement windowed mode, and to be honest, I hadn’t anticipated this feature request at all — mainly because I always play in fullscreen mode myself.

That said, thinking about it now... it’s true that most games allow toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode.

I had a realization: “Oh right, most games do support that... the game industry is more polished than I thought!”
