Hello Blood Rushers!

Since the game launched the support and reviews have been amazing, I'm so glad everyone is enjoying the game so much! I have some small updates planned while we are waiting for the big one.

Today is the first update for the game! Some community members advocated for a blood rework so here it is! (and a bit more too)

The ✨ emoji indicates that the feature was requested by the community.

Changes :

  • Blood Blade now displays how leveling the upgrade increases the blade's penetration.

  • ✨The ULTRAHEAL perk has been rebalanced,

    • You receive less damage in dialogues or when selecting a miracle.

    • You receive less damage when not moving.

    • Being moved by a plateform doesn't count as moving anymore.

    • You heal less.

  • NEW UPGRADE : Blood Letting

    • Bleeding an enemy heals you.

  • NEW UPGRADE : Bigger blade

    • Make your blood blade even bigger!

  • Artery pump now damages (blood damage) and inflict blood build up to surrounding mobs.

  • ✨ You can now select/unselect rings in Pandora's box with the number keys.

  • ✨ There is a new key binding for the fourth weapon.

  • ✨ Added an accessibility setting to autofire weapons.

  • Added a new hidden achievement.

  • Blessed mode is now visible with a rosary around your left hand.

Balance changes :

  • The combattant buff from Stygos now increases slightly the speed of affected mobs.

  • The mine launcher bouncing mine now produces slightly smaller explosions.

  • The pathfinder does a bit more damage.

Fixes :

  • The relic in the free upgrade room in Haeresis was spawned in the persistant level.

  • Nerfed the second parry of the minelauncher giving to much flow.

  • The fake cross applied a camera effect to the player even when the interaction was greyed out.

  • The refund mecanic from the alchemy table had bad math resulting in an incorrect stat management.

  • The weapon switching damage boost wasn't working properly.

  • Decapitating Argos now spawns the correct head model.

  • Blessed mode is functionnal now (sorry).

  • Fixed the fade to black from the main menu not scaling properly for larger screens.

  • Fixed the mine launcher animation when tier 5.

  • Fixed some dialogues persisting.
