Smaller patch including mostly niche interaction fixes.

Fix crash that could happen if Anna used First Aid without Healing Herbs in her inventory.
Fix issue where some characters wouldn't have their growths set to 0% or 100% until another character was recruited in Hardcore or Ideal mode, respectively.
Fixed issue where Midas Gold Gain and Recoil damage from Fury/Poison Weapons would get stuck and unable to be triggered again.
Fixed issue where Mako and Captain Laetitia couldn't step on some specific stairs.
Fixed issue in Ch23's Ending Cutscene that would lead to a crash during Ch24's Support Conversations.
