Fixed several things that were not working properly in Foundry v12 and above:

• Campaign launching not working consistently
  
• Sidebar UI looked messed up
  
• Connection and 'Admin Authenticated' indicators in the Foundry settings menu sometimes not displaying correctly
  
• Campaigns with large numbers of actors would fail to send them to Merlin
  
• Merlin not directing Foundry back to the setup page automatically in tandem with activating Merlin's main menu
  

Also added a little popup asking players to please join the Discord and give us feedback and bug reports.
