This patch fixes a handful of reported issues:
* A certain portrait not loading in an Act 2 flashback cutscene
* Missing crowd asset in that same flashback
* Story flag not showing up on Lightning Ruins
* Lightning Ruins interior area black screen/softlock
* Gear stats not showing up on game load
