VERSION 2.0.0 changes:
- Added revised weapon animations and audio to all player weapons.
(old animations and audio can still be enabled from the options menu!!!)
- Added ability to toggle HUD 'on' and 'off' while playing the game.
Set to 'T' key by default.
- Tutorials in the 1st chapter will now get closed by pressing the 'Backspace' key instead of 'Escape' key, so that players don't accidentaly close the tutorials while trying to pause the game.
- Slightly optimized performance of enemy collisions - they shouldn't be looking for overlap events at every frame now, so the game might run slightly better at low end hardware.
- Made sniper rifle more accurate in hip-fire (20 -> 15), to make it a bit more usable when hipfiring with the Shoulder Injury.
- Slightly increased enemy damage and speed on Regular difficulty and above.
- Added an 'Additional Information' popup for some settings in the Options Menu that might not be understandable from their short descriptions.
- Autosaves now also save unlocked doors, so if you load a checkpoint in chapters 2, 4 or 5 you can now also go backwards into the previous chapter.
- Added 'Player Volume' control to Audio settings menu.
- Improved collision detection when un-crouching, which should help with players ocasionally clipping out of bounds when un-crouching in tight spaces.
- Fixed a bug that would let players unholster weapons on ladders.
- Fixed several typos.
- Added a console command to let players disable the Ladder Infinite Jump fix that was introduced in the 1.1.4 update (for speedrunning purposes).
- Added an actor beneath the entire game world that returns player to last safe location if they touch it. Essentially, if player falls out of map bounds, they will no longer fall indefinitely and be forced to restart chapter, but will return to the nearest safe place they were at when they fell out of bounds.
