Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

As some players may have experienced some bugs, I went and rushed to fix them:
- The reset button now refunds the full amount of money
- The enemies now don't get stuck on each other
- Made xp give more well xp
- Some other minor bugs
