The Pan EURO Nations League expands the UEFA Nations League format into six tiers, featuring a total of 96 teams. This includes all 55 FIFA national teams and more than 40 unaffiliated or regional European teams from organizations such as CONIFA.

The competition follows the same structure as the UEFA Nations League but adds extra divisions to accommodate the increased number of teams. It also has promotion and relegation playoffs between tiers and a knockout stage for League A.
