We have a player reporting that playing the game with a PS4 controller plugged in (using DS4Windows driver) can kill the framerate. After the investigation, I found that the driver keeps sending the "Device Added" event to the game input system, causing the game nearly freezes. If that happens to you too, the simplest way to resolve is to unplug your PS4 gamepad and restart the game.
