(Commander Cell) Size Max Buffs For Healers:

(Mutation) Range Max +3, Move Max -3: Move Max -3 → -2, because this mutation hasn't been nearly as intimidating as I expected.
🛠️ FIXES
A popup would appear saying Range Min exceeds Range Max on a cell's command, but it would appear on a regular-old Range 1 command.
(Settings) Right Mouse or Spacebar → Gadget / Cancel: Now works when there's no cell selected.
(Commander) Duke + (Perk) Plantain: No longer results in unexpected insane Radiation Damage.
