Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Here is a fix in VR:

- The rotation (right trackapd) will not stop working after a cutscene anymore.
- The camera will remain at floor level after cutscenes.

Don't forget about the new button to reset the view!
