The feedback we can get from Early Access is invaluable, as well as the support from our audience to share and celebrate the game. It’s got quite a road ahead of it to get it to a 1.0, but we’re confident in having a kickass completed game by the end of 2025.

Our focus right now is on seeing how you feel about the balance, the story content, and their opportunities for deckbuilding. Each update we’ll be asking for specific feedback on specific areas as we iterate and adjust. Our later updates will include adding more demons, stories and cards, balancing changes and amendments, as well as additional regions and the full end to end story. This also includes a focus on replayability and meta-progression beyond a single run.
With all these moving in development pieces, there's bound to be some bugs we come across! At the moment, here's the list of those we know about and are working on.
Known Bugs
The hosts in Lesser Demon exorcisms do not match those in the preceding storylets
It is possible to soft-lock the game by pausing and quitting to main menu in the middle of the opening cutscene, and then starting a new run.
Viewing the opening cinematic, then going back to main menu, switching profile and starting a new run causes a soft-lock. In both this case and the above, quitting and restarting the game will allow you to begin the run again.
Cards that are made Volatile during an exorcism do not damage you upon burning
Map nodes do not always remain fixed in place between encounters, and their positioning can change
Disturbed is affected by Wrath and interacts with Silvered when it should not
Draw & Discard pile are not viewable
Tooltips are sometimes obscured by other screen elements
When accessing settings via the Pause menu, despite the audio percentages saying 0, they do function correctly
When receiving consequences from random encounters, even if you have received them, the button will read ‘skip’ rather than ‘continue’
If you exit to menu mid-exorcism, then Continue run and go into an exorcism, it will break. Fixed by quitting to desktop and restarting.
Card type is incorrectly displayed, and prefixed with CT_ on card visuals.
You are welcome to report these if you encounter them, but know we are aware of them! We'll check in with you (pending any major issues) next week, but for now you can give us all your feedback and bug reports via the below forms.
