Hello everyone!
We have released Ver. 1.15 today!

This update introduces a variety of new features to make game creation deeper and more flexible than ever!
These additions are designed to help you craft richer stories and more immersive worlds.

Now, let’s look at the main new features!

Main Features Added and Improved in Ver. 1.15

- Enhanced Selection Panel

We've added several highly requested features, including branching based on cancel button input and the ability to use variables as display conditions.

These improvements allow you to tailor choices more precisely to each scene, making it easier to create more complex and immersive story developments.

- Variable Support for Layout Part Display Conditions

You can now specify variables as display conditions for submenu containers and render containers.

By combining multiple variables, you can flexibly control your UI, for example, showing elements only when specific conditions are met.

This gives you the freedom to design a more refined and dynamic user interface, limited only by your creativity.

- Simplified 3D Sound Mode

Bakin features a 3D sound engine capable of reproducing binaural audio through regular speakers.
This engine simulates how humans perceive sound with both ears, allowing for realistic depth and directionality—ideal for immersive audio experiences like ASMR.

In this update, we've added a simplified mode that applies positional information only through basic left-right speaker panning.

You can also configure attenuation methods and set custom start and end distances, giving you greater control and flexibility in sound design.

- Variable List

The "Variable Used" feature has been upgraded into a full-fledged Variable List dialog.

Now, you can select a variable from the list to instantly see where it's being used—reversing the previous workflow.

In addition, you can now add or delete variables directly within this dialog, making variable management significantly more efficient.

- Party Train Spacing

We've added a new feature that allows you to adjust the spacing between cast members when moving in the party train—something that was previously fixed.

For details on other update contents, please check the online manual or go to "Update Log" in the "Info & Tips" section of Bakin's Top Menu.

We are pleased to announce that Bakin will release its official release on August 28.

As we move toward the official release—and beyond—we will continue to add new features and make ongoing improvements.

Our team is committed to evolving this tool so you can fully enjoy creating games that bring your imagined worlds, original characters, and carefully crafted systems to life.

Thank you for your continued support!

We hope this update helps you create even more amazing games.
Make the most of the new features and turn your world into a game!
