New Content
- Sectors available up to 135 (Increased scaling starts at 131)

Capital warp values rebalanced
- Reduced how much the massive warp drive reduces warp charge speed by 50%
- Warp OD active reduced to x5, makes OD Tier up less annoying while other changes make up the difference
- Specimen Research Warp Tech changed to charge speed
- Warp Essence increased on upgrades in Research, Galaxies, Warp and Shard.
- Warp Overdrive Charge Speed added in a few places
- This should all even out to a slight buff (make sure to level Warp OD a bit)
Veil Piercer Siphoning Rework
- Destroying a veiled enemy now sets the multiplier instead of doing the time skip
- The multiplier is exactly the same as what the old version displayed as the average multiplier
- This comes out to a bit of a buff, since OD actives and other things that ignored siphoning are now effected
- Various adjustments have been made to account for that a little bit
Balance Changes
- Capital Synth buffed to have crafting time requirement jumps reduced in the middle of the tier and between tiers
- Alien synth speed changed to be less effected by normal synth speed
- Synth and Fixture siphoning reduced
- Base 5 cost reduced on second half of building tile unlocks
- Spread capital warp VM Conversion upgrade out, you might need to go buy it in the earlier position (but most should not)
- Crew Splice Upgrades second row now costs 1 each instead of 2
- Increased base 1-5 multipliers from galaxies to make finalizing a bit smoother
- Galaxy 4 Artifact upgrade for Base 6 has base 1-5 mult added on as a backstop to ensure Base 6 gets unlocked
Fleet Changes
- Fleet battle speed setting removed, values adjusted so it behaves like 2x
- Some battle configurations may not quite work the same but it should be close, all advisors reset
- Added a button to view some info about Fleet Advisor and how many you have created
- New setting to show grid coordinates in battle
- Fleet battle practice mode can now show the advisor saved for those particular settings if any
- Fleet hazard indicators changed: D -> L, V -> D
- Galaxy final artifact nodes have changed and are now repeatable (first undo or repeat may not let you)
- Galaxy 5 tweaked to be slightly faster to progress on lower FR and require less optimization re-runs
- UT upgrades scaling changed to have diminishing returns, this is a buff at low numbers and a nerf at high numbers
- UT artifact multiplier per galaxy is now 10x instead of 2x
- UT Charge Laser increased damage and reduced how close ships with it will get to their target
- UT removes 2 banked runs instead of 3 when above 10
Other Changes
- Added Warp Auto Sync to some galaxy upgrades
- Capital warps now only have 1 enemy capital and are slightly shorter.
- Changed Torpedoes to not scale off S. Battle, they now take damage based purely on your Point Defense stat
- Plasma chainers now have a Torpedo target setting
- Warp base upgrades are now auto granted on base finalizing
- Capital parts now have an icon on them if they are considered high priority for that fight
- Fighters now auto switch to the same resource target when the enemy capital part changes
- Changed hangar upgrade nodes stat/display to make a bit more sense, causes a slight difference in stats in some cases
- Crew Sleeve Respec consumable can now be used on Spliced crew to reset rank upgrades.
- Crew Splice automation now chooses the fastest to rank up Aspect and has a custom level target setting
