Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Lots of Major and Minor Bugs fixed including:

Fixed Credits Layout.
Fixed Moving Lasers.
Updated Level 96.
Updated Level 84.
Updated Level 75.
Fixed small physics related bugs.
Plenty of other minor bugs fixed.
