Balancing/Additions
- Difficulty Selection screen now shows how it impacts the difficulty
- Rebalanced some Milestones that were very hard to complete
- Updated Background for options menu
- Small alignment improvements for Game Over Milestone Screen
Bugfixing
- Songs now fade in/out correctly preventing issues where music would stop playing or songs would play over eachother
- Milestones no longer appear locked in the Notice Board even though they are unlocked
- Healing rats in City Boss no longer fly on the boss preventing them from being killed
- EMP projectiles are now affected by SFX channel
- City Boss can no longer kill his own EMPS, Chains, etc
- Enemy EMP no longer resets cooldowns of some modules
