Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Online Mode PVP created(only 1 map provisionally)(some bugs can appear because of the hard development made creating this mode)(less features than history mode because of combat system balancing, some others can be added via update)

-Discord Link Fixed(recomended for find people to play online)

-New Fanart
