Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Still a lot of work to do:
- Added GameChat for debugging with other people
- Finishing PowerUps
- Finishing Items basic functionality

We just have the lobster at the moment. More to come soon!
