1. Add [color=yellow] combat [/color] building to unlock corresponding technology.
2. After unlocking the corresponding combat dispatch system, a new strategic resource pool will be added: experience points, skill points, and profession points.
3. After unlocking in the combat department, strategic resource pools can be consumed in the character interface to increase character and profession levels.
After unlocking in the combat department, if one's own skill points are insufficient during skill learning, the resource pool skill points will be automatically consumed.
